What is visual inspection?

A maintenance team is dispatched to the user’s factory where the machine is installed, and the centrifuge or other machine is inspected only in places where judgment can be based on appearance without disassembly.

The contents of the Matsumoto Machine Group centrifuge visual inspection depend on the machine, but as an example, it mainly consists of:

・Inspection of paint and scratches on the outer surface of the machine
・Checking for loose nuts and bolts
・Checking for fluid leakage in the packing
・Checking the vibration
・Measuring the machine main unit temperature

and so on.
