“We want to reduce the scraping time for hard crystals” MARK3β

We want to reduce the scraping time for hard crystals

A manufacturer of raw materials for cosmetics, C Corporation, requested to us, “When we begin scraping, as the crystals are hard, scraping compensation (crystals cling to the scraping blade and are a burden, and as the basket rotation speed falls, the scraping blade is allowed to escape once and the rotation speed is raised) has to be carried out several times, so that the scraping (manufacturing) takes time, therefore we would like to do something about this.” After holding a hearing about the operational state of the customer’s machine and holding meetings, we proposed and supplied a specification with an electric motor and decelerator.

As a result of using our centrifuge, scraping compensation was no longer required, which led to a reduction in the crystal scraping time, and this enabled a reduction in the overall product manufacturing time.
