A pharmaceuticals manufacturer, Y Corporation, consulted us, explaining, “going forward, we require a centrifuge that supports GMP, so we want to introduce a new machine with an eye on GMP.” And so, we proposed our top-discharge centrifuge, KMβ.

As a result of using our centrifuge, Y Corporation were able to carry out pharmaceutical manufacturing conforming to GMP, and as the machine was even easier to clean, they were also able to increase their production efficiency.

By raising the basket to the upper part, the casing bottom can be reached by hand, enabling the time taken to clean and check to be reduced .

All SUS exterior

By making the exterior from stainless steel and not painting it, mixing with foreign matter such as paint can be prevented (contamination prevention).

Casing panel

Since the casing is rounded, it is more difficult for crystals and other residue to collect in casing corners.

For that reason, cleaning is easy which leads to prevention of mixing of foreign matter (contamination prevention).

 

Immersion cleaning

The machine interior can be completely soaked and washed by closing the filtrate outlet and pouring the cleaning solution inside the casing.

By doing this, nowhere is left unwashed, which leads to prevention of mixing of foreign matter (contamination prevention).
