Fertilizer filtration using a centrifuge

We want to filter the residue in liquid fertilizer

A fertilizer manufacturer, S Corporation, told us, “When spraying liquid fertilizer, residue in the fertilizer gets clogged, so we want to filter the residue.” So we proposed and supplied a centrifuge for taking out the residue (remains) from the fertilizer.

As a result of using our centrifuge, as the machine size was smaller than initially budgeted, the installation space was below the customer’s budget.

The customer was able to purchase the machine for less than the originally expected price.

Key Points – Machine size reduced due to implementation of continuous filtration

We proposed the usage method. The machine size and budget were greatly reduced.

We conducted filtration tests with our test machine and fertilizer the customer sent to us.

We confirmed the filtration state, and by proposing a usage method and specification enabling continuous filtration, we were able to change to a small machine.

As the machine is small, the installation space is also below the customer’s budget.

They were also able to purchase the machine at a lower price than expected.

When spraying the fertilizer now, the spray nozzle does not become clogged, so they manufacture fertilizer that can be sprayed comfortably.
