The substance being processed can be conveyed to the following process (dryer, etc.) in a sealed state. Separation of hazardous substances can be handled completely automatically.

Electron Beams Metal Screen

A metal screen, made of SUS or hastelloy, may replace the filter cloth. Perforated by electron beams, the screen prevents foreign matter from mixing into the material being processed and thus secures high quality separation.

FUJIPLATE Metal Screen

A metal screen, made of SUS or hastelloy, may replace the filter cloth. FUJIPLATE Metal screen are made up of several layers of mesh sintered together to form an integrated porous metal element. FUJIPLATE Metal screen prevents foreign matter from mixing into the material being processed and thus secures high quality separation.

Filter Cleaner

High-pressure air or N2 gas spouted from a nozzle attached to the scraper scales cake residues from the filter cloth facilitating the subsequent draining process. Using high-pressure water instead of air, the filter cloth also can be washed cleanly.

CIP Cleaning In The Machine

Cleaning nozzles are attached to the outside of the casing. A shower ball cleans the inside of the machine with water or solvent.

Exhaust Recycler

Mounted on the casing, this device circulates exhaust air from the liquid discharge port back into the basket. This increases separation efficiency and saves N2 gas consumption.

Insulation Jacket

A heat insulation jacket on the casing regulates the casing temperature using heating steam or cooling water. This secures constant-temperature operations and thus optimizes separation conditions.

DIBUC Series Centrifugal Movement principle

  1. Start(accelerate) – Feed – Filtrate – Rince – Dewater- Brake(decelerate)
    The above process is just the same as the conventional centrifuge.
  2. Rotate the basket at the scraping speed.
  3. Open the vacuum valve of the solid matter discharge pipe.

  4. Scrape down the cake by moving down the scraping blade.

  5. After scraping the cake gathered in the ditch will be removed through the solid matter discharge pipe by suction, then it will be discharge outside of the centrifuge.

  6. After reaching the scraping blade at the bottom of basket, almost cake will be scraoed down in the ditch then discharged.

  7. Retract the scraping blade to the original position, and start again to filtrate.
  8. Rince the bed cake remained on the filter cloth in the basket. In order to revive the filter cloth, wash out the bed cake by means of rinsing nozzle for the filter cloth during slow rotation of the basket, meanwhile the slurry will be discharge to outside through a pipe inserted in the bottom of basket.

Product features

The cake (crystal) which is scraped down by scraper will be gethered together in the circular ditch at the bottom of basket, which will be sucked to discharge through a pipe inserted in the ditch and after that will be transported directly to a vessel or dryer and etc.

The solid matter discharge pipe has a straight pipe with its intake opeing towards the bottom. Due to this reason no mist or something like that will enter in pipe during the feed of mother liquid , also easy to cleaning. Thus the clean cake will be recovered, and eliminate any contamination in the products

When teh volume of scraped cake by the scraper is bigger than that of discharging by a suction pipe, the opening of pipe will be buried in the cake, however in such case as far as the basket rotaties the pipe causes to push aside the cake by the way making a space behind it. Through which a suitable volume of air always will be supplied accordingly the pipe will not be clogged, thus the cale gathered in the ditch can be sucked in smooth.
