Casing Open/Close Mechanism
The open/close type casing enables the opening of the basket. Thus, the inside of the casing, the entire basket, accessories, etc., can be cleaned thoroughly. As a result, when materials being processed are changed, fully clean centrifugal processing is possible.
Electron Beams Metal Screen
A metal screen, made of SUS or hastelloy, may replace the filter cloth. Perforated by electron beams, the screen prevents foreign matter from mixing into the material being processed and thus secures high quality separation.
FUJIPLATE Metal Screen
A metal screen, made of SUS or hastelloy, may replace the filter cloth. FUJIPLATE Metal screen are made up of several layers of mesh sintered together to form an integrated porous metal element. FUJIPLATE Metal screen prevents foreign matter from mixing into the material being processed and thus secures high quality separation.
Filter Cleaner
High-pressure air or N2 gas spouted from a nozzle attached to the scraper scales cake residues from the filter cloth facilitating the subsequent draining process. Using high-pressure water instead of air, the filter cloth also can be washed cleanly.
Speed Reducer
Slow down a rotating basket for it may be adequately washed clean.
Single-motion Scraper
Built with simple structure without consumable components, such as bellows, that scraper saves cake removing and money.
CIP Cleaning In The Machine
Cleaning nozzles are attached to the outside of the casing. A shower ball cleans the inside of the machine with water or solvent.
Exhaust Recycler
Mounted on the casing, this device circulates exhaust air from the liquid discharge port back into the basket. This increases separation efficiency and saves N2 gas consumption.
Insulation Jacket
A heat insulation jacket on the casing regulates the casing temperature using heating steam or cooling water. This secures constant-temperature operations and thus optimizes separation conditions.
Cake Discharge Port Switching Device
The device prevents a drop of slurry or cleaning solution to the cake receiver during the fluid supply, cleaning and deliquoring processes. Slide type, press-fit slide type, and hinged type are available.
The Basket Lifting Up Device
The basket lifting device ensures cleaning and cleaning check.
Residual Crystal Scraper Device "SCREW"
By adopting a multi-blade structure for the residual crystal scraper device, it is possible to recover crystals with the highest efficiency up to the limit of the filter cloth.

Product features
・As the casing is fully open and the basket is in front of the operator, it is easy to clean and check the inside of the basket as well as the back of the basket.
・Since slurry supply, separation, cake washing, crystal recovery, and cleaning can be processed fully automatically without human intervention, contamination due to operator intervention does not occur.
・By using a metal filter material, it is possible to prevent the contamination associated with a filter cloth.
・The holes in the metal filter material (electronic beam) have a special shape, so there is no washing residue left in the holes of the filter material.
・Cleaning can be reliably performed even in narrow gaps between the inner side of the basket bottom and boss (cylindrical part), and between the upper part of the casing bottom and the outer surface of the bearing case, which was not previously possible, and flushing, wiping, and cleanliness can be checked.
・The device is ideal as a GMP- and FDA-compatible centrifuge because it can perform sufficiently clean centrifugal separation even when the treated material is changed.
・Various recipes can be programmed, and various safety devices are provided, so automated operation is possible.
・The basket lift-up device raises the basket itself. This makes it easy to visually check the back of the basket, shortening the cleaning time and saving on labor.
・By adopting a multi-blade structure for the residual crystal scraper device (Matsumoto Machine patent), it is possible to recover crystals with the highest efficiency up to the limit of the filter cloth. A nozzle is attached to the scraper device, and by injecting high-pressure air or nitrogen gas, the remaining crystals of the filter cloth can be detached and recovered with the highest efficiency. The device also facilitates the removal of liquid during reuse.
・When processing different chemicals, the filter cloth can be washed using high-pressure water, increasing efficiency.
