This is a motor direct-connection type skimming centrifuge which separates low-filterable particles from the original fluid and recovers the clarified fluid or the particles.

Casing Open/Close Mechanism
The open/close type casing enables the opening of the basket. Thus, the inside of the casing, the entire basket, accessories, etc., can be cleaned thoroughly. As a result, when materials being processed are changed, fully clean centrifugal processing is possible.
Filter Cleaner
High-pressure air or N2 gas spouted from a nozzle attached to the scraper scales cake residues from the filter cloth facilitating the subsequent draining process. Using high-pressure water instead of air, the filter cloth also can be washed cleanly.
CIP Cleaning In The Machine
Cleaning nozzles are attached to the outside of the casing. A shower ball cleans the inside of the machine with water or solvent.
Insulation Jacket
A heat insulation jacket on the casing regulates the casing temperature using heating steam or cooling water. This secures constant-temperature operations and thus optimizes separation conditions.
The Basket Lifting Up Device
The basket lifting device ensures cleaning and cleaning check.

Product features
・This device separates the difficult-to-filter fine particles in liquid concentrate, and collects the clarified liquid or fine particles.
・The device can separate viscous materials that are poorly filterable such as colloidal materials.
・We can make versions of this device with bottom discharge or fully automated operation.
・Due to the continuous operation, with filtration continuing while liquid is being introduced, a small machine can filter large quantities.
・The device program can be set up freely, enabling fully automated operation.
